Mary Deyo is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has been described as sensitive, thoughtful, compassionate and genuine. "I am so grateful for the opportunity to witness the healing process in my clients. I am continually amazed by people’s ability to transform their suffering into joy and to find meaning even in their most painful experiences. By developing compassion and forgiveness for oneself and others, I believe anyone can create a more fulfilling life." Mary earned her Doctorate through the PGSP-Stanford Consortium Program and has an MA in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University. Mary has worked in the Bipolar Disorders Clinic at Stanford University Department of Psychiatry where she also facilitated Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) groups. She has been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Time-Limited Dynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and has experience treating clients diagnosed with a range of psychological disorders including Depression, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Chronic Pain.
